Your data

Privacy

This site is a showcase. It does not ask you for any information and does not track you. This page explains the little data that may still be exchanged.

Last updated: October 13, 2026. This English version is provided for convenience: the French version (Confidentialité) is the legally binding one.

Who is responsible?

The data controller is the company Emedion (SARL), represented by its managing director David Sacomant. Its full details are given in the legal notice. For any question about your data: contact@emediongames.com.

What this site does not do

  • There are no accounts and no newsletter. The only form is the contact form, described below.
  • It sets no cookies. Your browser’s local storage is used in one place only: on the 404 error page, which offers a small sound game, to remember your “sound on / off” choice. This setting stays in your browser, is never sent to the site, and is saved only if you click the “Sound” button.
  • It includes no analytics tool, no advertising, no social network trackers, and does not load any resource from a third-party server.
  • No video is embedded: trailers open on YouTube, in a new tab, and only if you click.

Since there are no cookies or trackers requiring consent, this site does not display a cookie banner.

Host logs

Like any web server, the one hosting this site records technical information on each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type. These logs are used for security and for the proper operation of the service. They are managed by the host, IONOS (see the legal notice), under its own policy, and are not used by Emedion for any other purpose.

Fonts

The site’s fonts (Archivo and Inter) are hosted on the site itself. Your browser does not contact any third-party service to display them: your IP address is not sent to anyone other than the site’s host.

When you contact us

The contact form collects: the type of your request, your name, your email address, your media outlet or company (optional) and your message. Nothing is stored on the site: the message is sent by email to Emedion’s contact mailbox, with the type of your request in the subject line.

  • Purpose: to reply to you and, where applicable, follow up on your request.
  • Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
  • Recipients: the Emedion partners concerned by your request. Your data is neither sold nor passed on. The message goes through the servers of our host and email provider, IONOS.
  • Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, then at most three years after the last exchange, unless the law requires longer retention (for example in a contractual relationship).
  • Spam protection: to prevent mass messaging, the site briefly keeps a count of submissions per visitor. Only a code derived from your IP address (impossible to reverse) is kept, for one hour at most, then deleted. The IP address itself is not stored.

You can also write to us directly at the address given in the legal notice: the same rules apply.

Links to other sites

This site links to Steam, YouTube, itch.io, LinkedIn, Tumblr and other sites. Once you open them, they apply their own privacy and cookie rules, over which Emedion has no control. We invite you to read them.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, use the contact form or write to contact@emediongames.com. We may ask for proof of identity if in doubt. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France). Its online complaint form is in French.

Changes to this page

If the site changes (adding analytics, an embedded video or a third-party service), this page will be updated before the change goes live, and the date at the top of the page will be changed.
